"Modern technology means we carry our offices in our phones, and we are contactable all day - and night - without boundaries."
Worldwide people into their senior years, and workforces are seeing diversification in demographics, like age, as well as practices, from technology.
"The changing face of workplaces means a broader scope of people are working together and it can cause new tensions and new stresses."
Beyond work stress, other common causes of stress that exist include pressures to succeed from family-related stresses and broader societal pressures.
"Social media can give people an unrealistic view of the world, and is a more common source of stress and anxiety. The expectations people have to succeed, and the image of what they think their life will look like, is often at odds with reality."
